videoboard
is the
largest
in the
American
League
and
second
largest
in Major
League
Baseball,
measuring
15,688
square
feet
with
near
crystal-clear
resolution.
The
upgraded
sound
system
is
engineered
by new
speakers
that are
adjacent
to the
videoboard,
providing
a
much-improved
listening
experience
in the
outfield
and on
the
Comerica
Landing.
More
than 25
subwoofers
have
been
installed
throughout
the
ballpark,
providing
a more
robust
sound
for fans
in
attendance.

- The
Detroit
Tigers
announced
several
upgrades
during
their
annual
"What's
New"
media
event
this
week.
The
upgrades
include
digital
improvements,
a
sensory
room
partnership,
special
fan
giveaways,
themed
food and
drinks,
and new
merchandise.
Ryan
Gustafson,
the
President
and CEO
of
Ilitch
Sports +
Entertainment,
eagerly
expressed
his
excitement
for
fans'
return
to
Comerica
Park. He
also
announced
that
there
will be
notable
changes
in the
visual,
auditory,
and
overall
ambiance
and a
new
scoreboard
this
season.

are new
food and
beverage
options
available
for fans
to
enjoy,
as well
as
merchandise
and
authenticated
items.
Marrow,
Slows
Bar BQ,
and
Detroit
Water
Ice
Factory
will
serve
original
menu

the

Rotating
pop-ups
will
feature
local
businesses
to
provide
even
more
variety.
Tigers
fans can
look
forward
to
attending
a
variety
of new
special
events
and
theme
games at
Comerica
Park
this
season.
The team
will be
celebrating
former
manager
Jim
Leyland’s
induction
into the
National
Baseball
Hall of
Fame on
Saturday,
August
3,
against
the
Kansas
City
Royals.
On
Saturday,
August
31, fans
can join
in the
40th-anniversary
celebration
of the
legendary
1984
World
Series
championship
team as
the
Tigers
take on
the
Boston
Red Sox.
Single-game
tickets
for the
2024
season
are
available
at

including
Opening
Weekend
against
the
Oakland
Athletics
(April
5-7).
The home
opener
on April
5 only
has
standing-room-only
tickets
remaining.
